Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of current promotions, store inventory, and product features.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and properly merchandised at all times.
- Manage stock replenishment and perform regular inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational or college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks in a retail environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory monitoring.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
