Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Xiaomi's product lineup including smartphones, smart devices, wearables, and lifestyle products
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Assist with store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Stay updated on Xiaomi's latest products, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or retail is advantageous
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required
