- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about merchandise, features, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean and tidy, adhering to all company visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the sports industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
