Are you a high-energy retail professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading brand? Much Prosperity Trading Int'l Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate/Roving Promodiser to represent our renowned Omega Houseware brand at SM Ilo-ilo and SM Delgado.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring that our products are displayed prominently. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a roving associate, you will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness and ensuring our inventory is well-represented across multiple high-traffic locations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the Omega Houseware brand professionally within SM Ilo-ilo and SM Delgado retail spaces.
- Proactively approach customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of product display and visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
- Ensure that stocks are well-replenished, organized, and properly labeled on the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supervisors for timely stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service to build brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor target achievements as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; Vocational/College levels are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Must be willing to work on a roving schedule between SM Ilo-ilo and SM Delgado.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays as per retail operational requirements.
