Are you a high-energy individual with a passion for retail and customer service? Suncoast Brands International Corporation is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a unique, roving role that allows you to represent our brand across two major retail hubs: SM City Calamba and SM City Sta. Rosa.
As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Actively promote products, offer styling or product advice, and upsell items to meet daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Ensure the store floor is well-maintained, organized, and merchandised according to company brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment of stocks and assisting with regular stock takes.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide support for promotional activities, seasonal displays, and store event setups.
- Maintain a roving schedule between SM Calamba and SM Sta. Rosa branches as directed by the Area Manager.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexible and willing to work a roving schedule between Calamba and Sta. Rosa locations.
- Must be service-oriented with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to store merchandising.
