Shivaloka Bali is seeking a radiant and articulate Sales Associate to join our sacred jewelry boutique in the heart of Ubud. We don't just sell jewelry; we provide talismans for personal growth and spiritual connection.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming guests from around the globe. You will facilitate meaningful interactions, helping our customers discover pieces that resonate with their personal intentions and life journeys. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests to the boutique and create a serene, inviting atmosphere.
- Engage in intentional conversations to understand customer needs, intentions, and spiritual journeys.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding the materials, symbolism, and artisan craftsmanship of our jewelry.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards to ensure a clean, aesthetic, and peaceful shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Actively participate in team meetings to share guest feedback and improve the boutique experience.
- Manage inventory levels and restock displays as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries with grace, professionalism, and high emotional intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail, luxury goods, or the wellness/hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Deep appreciation for spiritual practices, meditation, or artisan jewelry.
- Warm, empathetic, and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the boutique schedule.
