Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information on safety equipment and industrial supplies
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Follow safety protocols and demonstrate proper product usage to customers
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain current knowledge of safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/vocational graduates preferred)
- At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales processing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and moving products (up to 15kg)
- Validational understanding of safety equipment and industrial products is advantageous
