Tanggung Jawab
- Actively participate in sales activities to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services and communicate features and benefits effectively
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management as required
- Assist with inventory management and store presentation to ensure a neat and organized retail space
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer interaction abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
