Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients within the Zamboanga Sibugay area.
- Promote and sell bank products including loans, savings accounts, and other financial services.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to prospective customers to build trust and brand loyalty.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized financial solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the branch.
- Gather and verify necessary documentation for loan applications to ensure smooth processing.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven track record in sales, field marketing, or customer service, preferably in the banking or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local dialects.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct field work and engage with clients in various settings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital banking tools.
