Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the store.
- Provide expert product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance through effective merchandising and organized displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Proactively approach customers to identify their needs and offer personalized assistance.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by retail operations.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor related to merchandising.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
