Your daily responsibilities will include greeting customers with a warm welcome, assisting them in finding the perfect products, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked, and collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets. - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service to build loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
