About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary responsibility is to provide a world-class shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, assist with product inquiries, and drive sales to meet personal and store targets. From maintaining visually appealing store displays, organizing our inventory, to processing transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, your daily activities will be diverse and rewarding. You will work closely with a supportive team and report directly to the Store Manager. Your contributions will be vital to the continued success and growth of our SM MOA branch.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, determining their needs, and assisting with product selection.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current products, promotions, and inventory to effectively serve customers.
- Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets and KPIs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor is impeccably clean, organized, and visually merchandised according to brand standards.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise deliveries and maintaining backroom organization.
- Support the store team in preventing loss and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School or College level is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and capable of lifting up to 5-10 kg of merchandise.
- Must be willing to be assigned at SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
- Must be able to start immediately (ASAP).
