Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing professional product demonstrations.
- Identify customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate computer hardware or software solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are updated and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock room for replenishments.
- Achieve individual and store-wide monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest computer technology and trends to provide accurate product information.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Proven work experience in retail sales, specifically in electronics or computer hardware.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Basic technical knowledge of computers, laptops, and peripheral components.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible shift schedule.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
