Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage with walk-in customers to identify their computing needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various hardware components, laptops, and peripherals to drive sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks set by the branch management.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods including cash and credit.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Provide basic after-sales support and guide customers through warranty processes or technical inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the electronics or IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to close sales.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, GPU, etc.) and software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak mall hours.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, at SM Marikina.
- At least a High School graduate; Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in IT or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and professional grooming standards.
