- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products from our range.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately answer customer inquiries and provide demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when required.
