Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance by demonstrating product knowledge and suggesting items that meet customer needs.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing, with high accuracy.
- Maintain floor presentation by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean store environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information on current promotions or store policies.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail with proven experience in basic arithmetic and inventory management.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift or move merchandise as needed.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and a proactive approach to work.
