Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the showroom’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and reporting discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Support the store management team in daily operations and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer systems and cash registers.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
