Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on sport and recreation product lines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance through effective merchandising and stock display.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with current sports trends and product innovations to provide relevant recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in sporting goods or lifestyle brands.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an outgoing and proactive personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Genuine interest in fitness, sports, or recreational activities.
