Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their specific sports or fitness needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment and counts.
- Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and current promotions to provide expert advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of previous experience in retail sales (sports industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned at SM Department Store Cebu.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
