Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and driving retail sales.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise and organize inventory in the stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor displays, ensuring items are properly priced, tagged, and attractively arranged.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in auditing stock levels to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety protocols across the sales floor, cash wrapper, and stockroom.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, inventory management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cash handling and stock counting.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift retail stock, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, at Target Mall, Santa Rosa.
