Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome customers warmly and identify their specific eyewear needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on frame style, material, and lens functionality.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with current eyewear trends, promotions, and technical specifications of EO products.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and performing periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with optometrists and support staff to deliver seamless customer service.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
