As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. You'll drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise, and maintaining an organized store environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist customers in the store, providing product information and style advice to meet their needs.
- Actively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by setting up displays, organizing racks, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system, handling cash and credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock receiving, labeling, and replenishing items on the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create an energetic and supportive store environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate with customers.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for processing sales transactions.
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with Terranova's style is a plus.
