Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive field sales visits to promote and sell City Savings Bank products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Assist customers in understanding account requirements, product features, and banking procedures.
- Perform market surveys and territory analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with branch management to report on market trends and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Willingness to perform field work and travel within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with the Urdaneta, Pangasinan area is highly preferred.
- Presentable, energetic, and with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
