- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, features, and functionalities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store to the highest standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, both in-store and online, with professionalism and promptness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Stay updated on the latest watch trends and industry news to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, watches, or premium consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
