Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to expand enterprise business reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and optimize sales pipelines.
- Provide direct leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure KPIs and Gross Profit targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key enterprise-level stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to adjust strategic initiatives proactively.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and profit targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
