Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Bank BUMN products within the Bogor area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and end users to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
- Stay current on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work in Bogor and travel within the region as needed.
- Familiarity with the BUMN (state-owned enterprise) environment is a distinct advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
