Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new General Trade (GT) outlets in assigned territories
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers
- Execute effective product onboarding and merchandising strategies
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional activities
- Provide product training and support to retail staff
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or beauty industry
- Proven track record in retail partnership development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local Medan retail market preferred
- Valid driver's license (if travel required)
- Proficiency in basic sales analytics tools
