Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and documentation to management.
- Evaluate customer accounts to facilitate the booking process and ensure feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders prior to property turnover.
- Ensure all data entry is accurate and error-free to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in resolving booking discrepancies and answering client queries.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Previous experience in real estate administration or sales support is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
