Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct store visits to promote Sukanda Djaya products and build retailer relationships
- Present detailed information on company promotions and sales programs to retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Collect valuable feedback from retailers to improve product positioning
- Maintain accurate records of store visits and sales activities
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve regional targets and KPIs
- Provide on-the-ground insights for marketing strategy adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product presentation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
