Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily store visits to present products and build retailer partnerships
- Execute persuasive product demonstrations and sales pitches
- Accurately capture and process retail orders through digital systems
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain detailed sales records and performance metrics
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail contacts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in order management systems
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
