Tanggung Jawab
- Actively canvass designated neighborhoods and commercial areas to identify potential customers
- Present product information and benefits effectively to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Accurately document customer information and sales activities in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and market trends
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing the brand
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with outdoor activities and walking for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes
