Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive field visits to retail stores, commercial properties, construction projects, and residential areas to identify new customer opportunities
- Present company products/services directly to prospective clients with persuasive communication techniques
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory-specific acquisition strategies
- Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients through follow-up engagements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for CRM and reporting applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
