Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, wholesale markets, and grocery stores using a personal motorbike.
- Execute door-to-door canvassing strategies to introduce new products and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shop owners and local distributors.
- Monitor product stock levels and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
- Gather market feedback and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Update daily sales reports and activity logs accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A driver's license is required.
- Energetic, disciplined, and self-motivated personality with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, canvassing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently in the field.
- Possession of a reliable personal motorbike is mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
