Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active canvassing in the Batam area to identify and approach potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate our vape products effectively to showcase their features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Close sales and secure orders to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report daily sales performance, market feedback, and challenges to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, direct sales, or retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade customers.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Batam area.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
