Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits (canvassing) to prospective retail partners, restaurants, and cafes in the Denpasar area.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads to expand the company's client base within the kitchen and consumer goods sector.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence to help refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales canvassing, direct sales, or the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive personality.
- In-depth knowledge of the Denpasar area and surrounding Bali regions.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle for daily field operations.
- Strong resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward customer service.
