Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately process all cash, credit, and digital payment transactions using our POS system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering product-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a balanced and organized cash drawer, performing daily reconciliations and reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist in the replenishment of shelves and ensure product displays are neat, tidy, and correctly priced.
  • Promote current store promotions, loyalty programs, and upsell related tech accessories to customers.
  • Support inventory management by participating in regular stock counts and monitoring stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the checkout counter and the general sales floor.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other administrative or operational tasks assigned by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sales Cashier, Retail Clerk, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong basic mathematical skills and high attention to detail when handling currency and receipts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with POS software and basic computer operations.
