- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, problem resolution, and friendly interactions
- Support daily store operations including restocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies
- Uphold company policies on security, returns, and promotions to ensure compliance

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, cashier, or customer service roles
- Strong numerical accuracy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills in local dialects and English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
