Eng Leong Hardware is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our dynamic team in Johol, Negeri Sembilan. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware store.

Our ideal candidate is a hardworking individual who is passionate about hardware and enjoys interacting with the community. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized store environment. We offer a competitive salary range of RM 1,800 – RM 2,500 per month, along with a stable full-time employment opportunity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right hardware products and tools.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and e-wallet payments.
  • Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed attractively and organized.
  • Assist in receiving and checking incoming inventory deliveries to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and warehouse area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Retail Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the hardware, building materials, or DIY industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and calculating prices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, tablets, and mobile devices for POS operations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to working full-time hours.
