You will be responsible for maintaining precise sales records, processing invoices, and assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy Chief Accountant regarding all sales-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales invoices and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor sales transactions and maintain detailed sales ledgers and databases.
- Prepare regular sales reports and summaries for management review and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Update and organize customer files and contact information to support sales initiatives.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and answering inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales clerk, accounting assistant, or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and sales reporting procedures is a plus.
