Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to organize accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain and update accurate sales documentation, invoices, and filing systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure product availability.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and status updates for management review.
- Assist in resolving order issues, returns, or shipping disputes efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales administrative, clerical, or data entry role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of Malay and English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
