Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Provide product recommendations and technical information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays throughout the store
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism
- Stay updated on new technology products, features, and promotions
- Participate in store events, promotions, and team meetings to drive sales performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
