- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Drive sales by effectively promoting products and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Manage accurate cash handling, POS operations, and transaction processing
- Perform inventory management including stock replenishment, counts, and reconciliation
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic retail software
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
