Tanggung Jawab
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide personalized product recommendations in the selling area
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize product displays
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price tagging
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to company policies on safety, security, and customer service protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended standing and light lifting (up to 10kg)
