- Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Provide detailed information on product features, sizing, and availability to shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns efficiently.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate (Senior High School diploma preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize displays effectively.
- Energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide great customer service.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
