Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assessing their fitness needs.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and usage of various fitness equipment to potential buyers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
