- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and understanding their specific fitness needs.
- Demonstrate and promote products effectively to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during transactions.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store layout.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, SPM/SPM-V, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
