Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in navigating our showroom and selecting the right fitness equipment and accessories.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical features to potential buyers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales and manage transactions.
- Uphold showroom standards by maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
- Follow up on leads and manage customer inquiries to foster long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for the fitness industry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
