This position offers a competitive salary package of RM 1,700 – RM 2,200 per month along with the opportunity to grow within our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fitness products and solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for fitness and health is a significant advantage
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
