Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the Aeon Melaka showroom.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend the best fitness solutions tailored to individual goals.
- Demonstrate and operate exercise equipment to highlight features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database to facilitate follow-ups.
- Actively promote membership packages and special offers to drive revenue.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Valid Malaysian identification is required.
