Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and recommending suitable fitness solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and repeat business
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Passion for fitness products and active lifestyle
- Resident in Rawang or surrounding areas preferred
